Smirnov Spatial Heterogeneity of the Soil-Plant Cover in Dark Coniferous Forests of the Pechoro-Ilychskii Reserve // Forest Science (Lesovedenie). 2011. No 6. С.67-78. The first results of research in middle taiga forests of the upper Pechora River basin (Pechoro-Ilychskii Reserve) are presented. The confinement of forest type groups to the definite landscape types was revealed, their taxonomic structural diversity and a range of soil kinds were found. Tree sinusia and coenopopulations of species-edificators are characterized. Typology of microsites was elaborated. The annual dynamics of the microsite temperature regime was revealed, the taxonomic structural diversity was assessed, and the phytomass of the ground cover and chemical indices of the soils characteristic of different microsites were determined.
