Systems of indices for ecological-dynamic series were elaborated to characterize the dynamic state of forest ecosystems after intense logging. These systems included characteristics of spectral brightness of the SPOT cosmic image, age of stands, time after cutting, and a share of deciduous trees in the stand. The analysis was performed on the basis of the piecewise-linear regression model. The methodology is intended for the formation of training samplings with given properties and their following application in the assessment of topical information content of various cosmic systems and mapping of taiga forests grown on felled areas.
