A.I. Fazlutdinova The diatoms of forest ecosystems in Southern Urals // Forest Science (Lesovedenie). 2014. No 1. С.65-73. The first study of Bacillariophyta distribution across forest types of ten phytogeographical regions in Republic of Bashkortostan is presented. The effects of environmental specificity and forest type on species composition of diatoms are considered. Diatomic groupings in soils differed by species composition and diversity following the forest types. The significant similarity of the dominant diatomic complexes in these habitats is found. Besides, several taxons are found to be confined with specific forest types. Forest ecosystems, Bacillariophyta species composition, Southern Urals . |
