The in vitro introduction of Siberian pine megagametophytes in 1/2LV medium with addition of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and benzyl adenine (BAP) as growth regulators is considered. Embriogenic competency of explants was expressed in cellular elongation, coenocytes formation, and migration of nucleus to a cellular pole, fission, and embryoid globules formation. The embryonic-suspensor mass formation occurred. The megagametophytes culture of Siberian pine allows propagation of the unique species. Their biological importance have been foreseen by E.G. Minina.
