The studies conducted allowed to educe that the number of fires in the forests of Crimean Mountains have increased significantly in the 20th century, with the same tendency preserved recently. The temperature regime have the strongest effect on pyrogenic factor release, with the atmospheric precipitation reflected in the level of the tendencies. Deterioration of fire danger situation in the forests of south macroslope of Main ridge of Crimean Mountains, along with strengthening of anthropogenic impact is to some extent related to the change of temperature regime of these territories during the last decades.
