Taxonomic and ecological structure of cyanoprocaryotae-algae cenose in soil is compared with the tree bark in broadleaved woodlands under various anthropogenic stress. There are 269 species and intraspecific taxa of cyanoprokaryotae and algae identified, including 232 in soil, and 141 on bark of trees. Forest communities under study have relatively high biodiversity of cyanoprocaryotae-algae cenoses.
