Levitskaya N.N. Assessment of Damage to Forestry in the Vicinity of the Mining Integrated Plant “Severonikel” // Forest Science (Lesovedenie). 2009. No 6. P. 73-76 (in Russian). The paper is aimed at the determination of the main economic approaches to the assessment of the forests value. The possibility to use economic methods for the estimation of ecological damage is considered. An annual ecological damage to forests of the Monchegorskii Forestry caused by emissions of “Severonikel” (Kola Peninsula) was evaluated.
