The data оn the intraspecies variability of Siberian larch cones are presented. The relative morphometric indices for the different соnе forms selected before are assessed. They allow performing the cluster analysis and identifying the соnе forms. Spectra of соnе forms are investigated оn the endogenous, intrapopulation and interpopulation levels.
